The Richard G. Morris records series is organized into two subseries. The Lincoln Continental Owners Club Meeting records subseries, 1954-1956 (0.4 cubic ft.), Acc. 590, contains correspondence, newspaper clippings, speeches, and press releases regarding the first national rally of the Lincoln & Continental Owners Club meeting at Greenfield Village on October 16, 1954, where William Clay Ford announced the creation of the Continental Division of Ford Motor Company. The United Cerebral Palsy Foundation records subseries, 1952-1955 (0.4 cubic ft.), Acc. 592, contains correspondence, press releases, and speeches regarding William Clay Ford's involvement with the United Cerebral Palsy Foundation as national campaign committee chairman in 1954 and vice president of the United Cerebral Palsy Research and Educational Foundation in 1955. Also included are publicity photographs of William Clay Ford with Lionel Barrymore, Jeff Chandler, Rex Harrison, Virginia Mayo, Will Rogers, Jr., and other Hollywood celebrities.
